Conduct monthly financial closings for the Brick & Mortar segment, including like-for-like sales analysis and store rentability reviews. Manage P&L tracking for free-standing stores and corners, oversee CAPEP investments, and coordinate group closure tasks. Produce executive dashboards and monthly reports to analyze key performance indicators such as margin and labor costs. Participate in annual budget construction and reforecasting, challenging operational assumptions and tracking action plans. Ensure data reliability for the Commercial Director while supporting strategic decision-making across the retail network.
