Job Summary
Manage general accounting, cost accounting, monthly and annual closings, and financial consolidation to produce reliable financial statements and management reports. Develop performance dashboards and KPIs to support strategic decision-making while participating in internal control improvements and cash flow management. Lead annual budgeting, variance analysis, and tax compliance, then supervise treasury activities and supplier payments. Collaborate with external auditors and government agencies while mentoring finance team members on best practices. Support strategic initiatives including financing, insurance, and M&A integration. Work remotely full-time within an established Canadian firm.
Required Qualifications
- Baccalauréat en comptabilité
- Titre professionnel CPA
- Plusieurs années d'expérience dans un rôle similaire en comptabilité et contrôle financier
- Expérience en préparation d'états financiers, budgétisation, analyse financière et contrôle interne
- Excellente maîtrise de Microsoft Excel et de la suite Microsoft Office
- Excellente maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit
- Excellentes capacités d'analyse, de planification et d'organisation
- Leadership mobilisateur et aptitude à accompagner une équipe
- Sens de la confidentialité, autonomie et rigueur
Desired Qualifications
- Connaissance de Power BI (un atout)
