Job Summary
Conduct daily maintenance support for electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and civil systems, including low and high voltage (23.1KV) checks, relay inspections, and temperature measurements. Ensure subterranean areas, generator rooms, and filtration systems remain clean and operational through weekly filter cleaning and daily water quality monitoring for pools. Manage chemical dosing, diesel refueling, and equipment stock levels while coordinating with third-party vendors and maintenance technicians. Control entry and exit for people and vehicles, provide reception services during lunch hours, and oversee general security and asset organization in alignment with the area manager's schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of electrical systems including low and high voltage (23.1KV)
- Knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and civil systems
- Ability to perform daily measurements of pH and chlorine levels in a pool
- Ability to perform routine checks of protection relays
- Ability to conduct equipment inspections
- Ability to measure temperature, consumption, and perform maneuvers on low and high voltage systems (23.1KV)
- Ability to ensure filtration systems function daily according to procedures
- Ability to clean air conditioning filters, inverters, harmonic filters, and QGBTs weekly
- Ability to ensure electrical rooms are dry and clean
- Ability to ensure filtration rooms do not flood
- Ability to supply weekly chemical and diesel products and control quality and storage
- Ability to operate an artesian well to maintain correct pool water levels
- Ability to filter and clean suction boxes and backwash systems for pool water maintenance
- Ability to manage inventory of all maintenance equipment and materials
- Ability to treat and dose chemicals directly into the pool
- Ability to control entry and exit of people and vehicles
- Ability to provide reception, identification, and orientation to owners, visitors, clients, and service providers
- Ability to manage the reception lunch shift
