Job Summary
Coordinate daily logistics operations for international shipments across air, sea, road, and brokerage segments, ensuring accurate processing in CargoWise including offer creation, data entry, pickup/delivery planning, and milestone updates. Manage pre-alerts and document distribution to stations while verifying timely invoicing by the billing team. Prioritize tasks within critical time windows, track shipments, and resolve deviations in transport routes to meet customer expectations. Communicate professionally with internal and external clients via email and phone, analyze relevant factors for pricing and coordination, and evaluate customer feedback for continuous service improvement. Requires two years of experience with CargoWise, international logistics, and KPI management. Full-time role with home office options and 30 vacation days.
Required Qualifications
- Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung mit CargoWise bzw. AS400
- Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung in der internationalen Logistik (Luft-, See-, Landverkehr, Brokerage)
- Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung im Management von Leistungskennzahlen, Meilenstein-Tracking, KPIs und SLAs
Desired Qualifications
