Control Tower Officer

Oversee export/import operations within the Operations team for aerospace logistics in Singapore. Responsibilities include end-to-end shipment handling (execution of AWBs and Tradnet permits), updating workflow/comments in the system, expediting AOG shipments, optimizing dispatch, managing documentation for import activities, producing collection/delivery notes, ensuring accurate customs entries per customer instructions, liaising with Warehouse and Transport for reliable distribution, and communicating delays or issues to customers. Requires excellent customer service, attention to detail, knowledge of Import/Export processes, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience in aerospace logistics is preferred. Role emphasizes proactive work, strong communication, relationship-building, problem solving, and strong planning/organizational skills. Knowledge of Cargowise and Dangerous Goods compliance would be advantageous.
