Job Summary
Escalate client dependencies, coordinate GPS installations, and attain EPOD uploads on the dashboard. Update data on Excel, compile and verify accuracy for source data entry, and review outputs for errors. Ensure proper tracking, enter customer and account data from documents, and collaborate with internal teams and vendors to prevent disruptions. Maintain smooth operations through effective communication during exceptional incidents. Requires 0–1 year of experience, B-Tech/MBA background, and advanced Excel skills. Intugine partners with 75+ global enterprises to provide visibility across air, land, sea, and rail modalities.
Required Qualifications
- 0–1 year of experience in data entry, operations, or control tower support
- B-Tech/MBA Graduate
- Advanced excel skills
- Willingness to support control tower and tracking operations
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
