Job Summary
Control Technicians are responsible for troubleshooting and repairing electrical equipment within the plant, including changing out motors, inverters, switches, connectors, and performing electrical maintenance on palletizer systems. Candidates should possess a high school education or equivalent and ideally have an associate's degree in Mechatronics Engineering Technology or Electrical/Electronic Technology, with a strong industrial electrical background and at least two years of relevant experience. Emphasis on quality focus, technical skills, safety awareness, and attendance is essential for success.
