Job Summary
As a Control System Specialist II, you will design, test, implement, and complete control systems and automation projects, ensuring adherence to specifications and budgets. You will manage tasks including project management, panel design, programming of PLC and HMI applications, and providing technical support to customers. Responsibilities include developing procedures for testing, coordinating with production on panel fabrication, conducting in-shop testing and field startups, and writing technical documentation. A strong ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders is essential.
Required Qualifications
- At least five (5) years of educational and/or work experience in the control and instrumentation field
- Experience with electrical schematics
- Basic computer software skills using Microsoft Office Suite, E-Mail, Internet, AutoCAD
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
