Job Summary

Assemble industrial control panels, junction boxes, and enclosures by mounting electrical components including breakers, relays, PLCs, power supplies, VFDs, and terminal blocks. Perform point-to-point wiring based on electrical schematics and layout drawings, ensuring neat, organized, and professional panel builds. Verify proper component placement, conduct continuity checks, and perform basic functional testing while inspecting completed panels for accuracy and quality. Assist with troubleshooting wiring issues and maintain a safe, clean work environment complying with industry standards. Requires 1–3 years of electrical assembly experience, ability to read schematics, and manual dexterity for detailed wiring work.

Required Qualifications

  • Ability to read electrical schematics
  • 1–3 years of electrical assembly or panel wiring experience preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs
  • Manual dexterity for detailed wiring work
  • Prolonged standing and working in a shop environment
  • Exposure to noise, grease, and industrial conditions

Desired Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of electrical assembly or panel wiring experience preferred
  • Familiarity with industrial control components (PLCs, VFDs, relays)
  • Basic knowledge of electrical theory
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
