Job Summary
Control Room Manager with strong compliance advisory background sought to identify and manage complex conflicts of interest, apply risk-based judgement, establish information barriers, provide data-led risk management oversight, and drive improvements across control room processes. Responsibilities include monitoring information flows between private and public sides, advising on Market Abuse and Conflicts risk, defining policies and controls, horizon scanning for emerging risks, and escalating issues to senior management. Requires knowledge of market abuse regulation, anti-bribery/anti-corruption in banking, and experience in second-line risk oversight; CISI certification is desirable but not essential. Hours 35, hybrid work in Manchester, Edinburgh, or London.
