Job Summary
Provide multi-site support to users of Logistics systems and raise issues via the JD 'Request Tracker' system. Coordinate high severity system issues including stakeholder communications and control of system parameters for Matflo WMS, Selektron, Control Tower & Red Ledge. Participate in daily pick planning for both Kingsway DCs and input into the design, testing, and implementation of Kingsway systems changes. Release Retail store orders and Internet customer orders into the WMS systems while ensuring effective handovers at the start and end of shifts. Support with the training and development of Control Room Technicians.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communications skills, both written & verbal
- Experience of using Warehouse Management Systems
- Able to effectively prioritise multiple tasks & issues and escalate appropriately
- Good problem-solving skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with colleagues & stakeholders
