Job Summary
Listen and address customer needs while coordinating exceptional service with relevant Cartrack departments. Ensure proper documentation and safeguarding of the customer database. Develop strategies to provide seamless customer support and serve as a central point of contact for loyal subscribers. Requires fluent Bahasa Malaysia and English, strong phone etiquette, and the ability to multitask across morning and night shifts. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Required Qualifications
- Have relevant working experience in customer services
- Able to work on shift (morning and night shift)
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English, both written and verbal
