Job Summary
Electrical Control Panel Assembler to build and test electrical control panels and enclosures for industrial water systems. Read and follow engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructions; test and troubleshoot panel wiring; maintain a clean, 5S-organized work area; support production and assist other departments as needed. Experience with electrical panel assembly, ability to read wiring diagrams and schematics, and hands-on mechanical/electrical troubleshooting. Preferred experience includes PLCs, VFDs, motor controls, pump systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, and Allen-Bradley control systems; experience in industrial water treatment or water system equipment; overtime including Saturdays. Physical environment involves lifting, standing, bending, climbing ladders, and exposure to loud equipment, heat, dust, fumes, and moving machinery.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 3+ years of experience in electrical panel assembly or related industrial electrical work
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
- Comfortable working overtime, including Saturdays
