Job Summary
Control Monitoring & Testing Manager to help build a data/technology-led control monitoring and testing function within Lloyds Technology Centre (IP&I). The role focuses on proactive monitoring of the control environment, root-cause analysis of risk events, and driving improvements to controls across end-to-end business processes. Responsibilities include leading a high-performing control testing and monitoring team, delivering high-quality testing and monitoring outcomes, developing the first line control management centre of excellence, and shaping control strategies. Candidate should have strong risk management, governance and compliance knowledge, experience applying data-driven technology to control monitoring, and excellent stakeholder management with the ability to operate in a hybrid, IST-aligned schedule in Hyderabad, India.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in risk management and control testing within financial services
- Knowledge of governance, risk and compliance (GRC) systems
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience with data-led monitoring approaches and transformation initiatives
- Understanding of control design, testing, and optimisation
- Ability to work in a hybrid office pattern in Hyderabad
