Job Summary
Control Manager – Vice President responsible for ensuring controls are properly designed and operating effectively within a proactive risk and control culture. Provides control-related subject matter expertise for projects, administers issue/action plans end-to-end, supports control committees and forums, designs and maintains recurring reporting processes, enhances reporting through automation, coordinates control updates for management committees, and analyzes program data (KRI/KPI) to support business strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- 10+ years of experience in financial services industry with background in controls, audit, quality assurance, operational risk management, or compliance preferred; or equivalent subject matter expertise in a relevant business related function/operation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) preferred
- Experience with other software packages is a plus (e.g., Tableau, Alteryx, Python etc)
