Job Summary
Lead and support the execution of strategic priorities and the functional Controls agenda for the Consumer and Community Banking Control Management team. Manage high-priority initiatives and projects, gather and present data to influence action, develop impactful executive presentations, and collaborate with centralized Shared Services and Communications teams. Apply structured problem-solving and design thinking to address top strategic priorities, build partnerships across HR, Risk/Compliance/Internal Audit, and other stakeholders, and leverage data/AI tools to develop insightful reports and compelling narratives for senior leadership. Bachelor's degree required with 7+ years of financial services experience; strong communication skills (oral and written) and a proven track record of delivering executive-level projects.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of financial service experience in Communications, Strategy, Controls, Audit, Risk management, or Compliance
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- Strong proficiency with PowerPoint slide creation, LLM, Excel and Word with the ability to develop compelling and meaningful executive presentations
- Demonstrated ability to deliver executive level projects and complex business initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to craft compelling narratives that clearly communicate priorities, initiatives, and updates to senior leadership
- Excellent strategic vision; understands the direction of the business and industry; can articulate vision to motivate and influence others at all levels
- Creative and forward-thinking, with the ability to drive and influence future engagement initiatives
