Job Summary
Drive US Private Bank Product and Service Change Management oversight by building agendas, facilitating governance forums, and tracking outcomes. Support the US Private Bank Business Control Committee (BCC) Secretary with high-quality materials, timely follow-ups, and strong execution of control agendas. Ensure a sustainable and disciplined Product and Service Change Management process; assist in overseeing risk and control for the US Private Bank Line of Business. Responsibilities include end-to-end management of initiatives with functional groups, establishing control framework prior to launches, creating PowerPoint decks, recording minutes, and developing ad-hoc reports (e.g., KRI/KPI) to support business strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
