Job Summary
Control Manager within JPMorganChase responsible for identifying and mitigating compliance and operational risks. Design and implement effective control strategies in collaboration with business executives; monitor and assess the risk and control environment using analytical and data-driven approaches; apply anti-fraud awareness and cybersecurity considerations; drive continuous improvement in risk management practices; present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders. Requires 3+ years of experience in control management and strong skills in stakeholder management, conflict resolution, process improvement, and project management.
