Job Summary
Oversee identification and assessment of compliance and operational risks; design and implement control strategies; monitor risk and control environment; collaborate with executives to promote early risk identification; present findings and recommendations to senior management; drive continuous improvement in risk management practices; apply anti-fraud awareness and cybersecurity knowledge; utilize data and technology literacy to enhance risk decisions; explore automation and AI/ML concepts to support risk management and decision-making in controls.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in control management and developing effective control strategies
- advanced analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills
- strong stakeholder management and conflict management skills
- proficiency in creating and delivering impactful presentations
- experience in process improvement and project management
- ability to apply AI/ML concepts to support risk management and enhance decision-making (preferred)
