Control Manager - Chief Data & Analytics Office - Executive Director - APAC

Executive Director – Control Manager for APAC within JPMorgan Chase, responsible for AI risk and controls governance for the Chief Analytics Office in the Asia Pacific region. Lead AI-related risk & controls, CORE program governance, and development of control management framework documents. Oversee engagement with Analytics Control Manager community of practice, partner with CDAO Control Management, and collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Audit to support regulatory queries and regulatory exams. Drive risk assessments, issue management, control testing coordination, reporting metrics, and stakeholder communications. Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional initiatives, with strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills to influence senior management and build risk culture across LOBs and CFs. Preferred qualifications include professional certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCSP, AWS) and ability to manage ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
