Job Summary
Control Manager – Business Management Associate will lead and support strategic priorities and the functional Controls agenda across the Consumer & Community Banking Control Management organization. Responsibilities include managing high-priority initiatives, gathering and presenting data for executive audiences (e.g., CEO Functional Business Review), developing impactful presentations, performing analyses to identify issues and propose solutions, coordinating with a centralized business support team, collaborating with Communications to implement internal communications tools, applying structured problem-solving and design thinking, understanding current-state Control Management processes, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement, and building partnerships with cross-functional teams (HR, Risk, Compliance, Internal Audit) to support the CCB control environment and objectives. Required qualifications emphasize 4+ years in financial services with strong communication, presentation, coordination, and data-driven storytelling skills, proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and familiarity with AI/reporting tools to develop insightful narratives for senior leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of financial services experience in Communications, Strategy, Controls, Audit, Risk Management, or Compliance
