Job Summary
US Private Bank Control Management Associate responsible for ensuring a sustainable end-to-end control environment, identifying and escalating issues with urgency, and partnering with the business to remediate in a timely manner. Leads or assists in risk analyses, development of monitoring and reporting (e.g., KRI/KPI), and documentation of Risk & Control Self-Assessment mappings. Supports control program initiatives to ensure regulatory compliance and address key operational risks. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic AI/LLM tools; strong collaboration with Legal, Compliance, and Risk partners; ability to develop executive-level presentations. Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 3-7 years in financial services with relevant controls/audit experience; must be authorized to work in the United States. No immigration sponsorship offered.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- Equivalent subject matter expertise in a relevant business related function/operation required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic use of AI/LLM tools
- Ability to work proactively with Legal, Compliance, and Risk partners across the larger AWM organization
- Ability to develop executive level presentation skills
- 3-7 years of experience in financial services industry with background in controls, audit, quality assurance, operational risk management, or compliance preferred
- Authorized to work in the United States; no immigration sponsorship offered
