Job Summary
Control Management Associate in JPMorgan Chase's Risk Management and Compliance team is responsible for ensuring a sustainable end-to-end control environment, escalating issues with urgency, and partnering with the business to remediate issues in a timely manner. The role involves providing control-related subject matter expertise, ensuring controls are properly designed and operated, administering issue/action plans end-to-end, preparing materials for control committees, designing and maintaining reporting processes (including automation), coordinating updates for management committees, and performing ongoing analysis of program data (e.g., KRI/KPI) with ad-hoc reporting as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- 5-10 years of experience in financial services industry with background in controls, audit, quality assurance, operational risk management, or compliance preferred; or equivalent subject matter expertise in a relevant business related function/operation
