Control Management - Associate

Associate in Control Management responsible for end-to-end analysis of the business’ risk and control environment to identify significant gaps, ensuring controls are properly designed and operating effectively, and partnering with stakeholders to remediate issues. Conduct regulatory assessment activities under LRCM/OLO, translate regulatory requirements into actionable control considerations, escalate material gaps, and develop ad-hoc reports (e.g., KRI/KPI) to support programs. Participate in Risk & Control Self-Assessment mapping and documentation through walkthroughs with business units. Requires 3+ years of experience in financial services with a background in controls, audit, quality assurance, operational risk management, or compliance; proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
