Job Summary
Monitor Control-M batch jobs and manage agent/server communication while maintaining 24*7 production support. Diagnose and resolve critical incidents related to Control-M architecture, utilizing basic Unix, ITIL knowledge, and familiarity with MS SQL or Oracle. Collaborate within the team to solve complex problems with strong attention to detail and effective communication. This role supports the core batch processing infrastructure, requiring immediate response to priority issues to ensure system reliability.
Required Qualifications
- Good understanding of Control-M Architecture and Agent/Server Communication
- Good knowledge on Control-M tool to manage batch jobs, familiarity with features and usage of tool
- Basic Unix
- ITIL knowledge
Desired Qualifications
- Experience of handling Priority incidents and critical issues related to Control-M
- Basic MS SQL or Oracle
- Experience in 24*7 batch monitoring and production support
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
