Job Summary
Monitor Control-M production environments 24*7, managing batch jobs and resolving critical incidents related to agent/server communication. Execute daily diagnostic imaging coverage, utilizing ITIL knowledge to handle priority issues and critical failures. Apply basic Unix skills and familiarity with MS SQL or Oracle to troubleshoot batch job failures and ensure system stability. Maintain excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail while collaborating within the team to address production support challenges.
Required Qualifications
- Good understanding of Control-M Architecture and Agent/Server Communication
- Good knowledge on Control-M tool to manage batch jobs, familiarity with feates and usage of tool
- Basic Unix
- ITIL knowledge
Desired Qualifications
- Experience of handling Priority incidents and critical issues related to Control-M
- Basic MS SQL or Oracle
- Experience in 24*7 batch monitoring and production support
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
