Job Summary
Coordinate internal Alpha Data Service teams to record client requirements and timelines in Jira while developing expertise in IDC data quality checks and the Alpha Service Desk workflow. Track progress against client deliverables, escalate issues as needed, and engage with practice areas to grow the product control and dashboard offering. This role supports State Street Alpha's open platform that harmonizes front, middle, and back office data to help clients manage their businesses effectively.
