Job Summary
Control Engineer to design, develop, and commission automation solutions across industries. Responsibilities include developing and programming automation applications using PLC, HMI, and SCADA platforms; commissioning and troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems at customer sites; supporting system architecture design and full project lifecycle execution; working directly with customers while managing project communication and deliverables; mentoring junior engineers and providing technical leadership; and continuously learning and applying new automation technologies. Requires collaboration with clients, project management, and travel to customer sites; preferred experience with industrial automation, robotics, vision systems, and motion control; Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3–10 years of experience; willingness to travel 25–40%.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Computer Engineering, or related field (REQUIRED)
- 3-10 years of industrial automation experience
- College GPA of at least 3.2 (preference 3.4 or higher)
- Strong programming background (object-oriented and text-based)
- Experience with PLCs, motion control, process control, robotics, machine vision, and SCADA systems
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work directly with customers
- Strong communication and proposal development skills
- Willingness to travel approximately 25–40%
