Job Summary
You will design, develop, and implement control systems (logic software and hardware) to meet process requirements; create schematics detailing control system configuration and wiring; design equipment panel layouts in AutoCAD; develop Sequence of Operation documents; lead design reviews with customers; perform on-site checkout and start-up of integrated control systems; develop final documentation and provide system training; work on automation and control system integration projects across industries including manufacturing and data center building automation; act as technical lead and, on smaller projects, as Project Manager, including management of purchasing, subcontractors, and change orders.
Required Qualifications
- BS in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- 3+ years experience in control systems, components, logic programming, instrumentation and controls design, and PLC systems (i.e., Allen Bradley, Schneider Modicon, Siemens, GE-IP)
- Experience with AutoCAD
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel up to 50%
