Control and Reporting Manager, Intercompany

Job Summary
Lead periodic closes and ensure accurate quarterly reporting by reviewing intercompany partner assignments, validating eliminations and reversals, and preparing matching schedules within HFM. Review periodic reconciliations for Intercompany accounts and transactions, and lead quarterly balance sheet review efforts for PBUS intercompany accounts. Ensure key SOX controls are properly designed, documented, and performed in alignment with PepsiCo policies while partnering with internal project teams to support S4 implementation success. Identify process improvement opportunities and execute implementation efforts to harmonize processes across PepsiCo's 1NA journey.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or similar field
- CPA
- 5+ years of progressive responsibility
- Public accounting experience
- Big 4 firms preferred
- People management experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Tech Savvy
- Proficient in MS Office applications (e.g. MS Excel, Power Point, SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, Copilot)
- Knowledge/experience with SAP S4 ledger/AFO and HFM (consolidation system)
- Flexible with ability to handle multiple priorities
- High agility with ability to lead and manage change seamlessly
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent Organizational skills
- Ability to influence others and collaborate with operational teams and senior finance stakeholders
- Able to present and interact with all levels in the organization and to effectively influence individuals in different disciplines and at various levels
- Possess a strong ability to develop relationships and work collaboratively across multiple functions
- Self-motivated, disciplined, creative, resourceful, and capable of driving results

Desired Qualifications
