Job Summary
Control and Drive Engineer responsible for supervising project machine dismantling, implementing protection measures, creating system backups, and maintaining control system software including IPCs, PLCs, drives, and communication devices. Ensure all C&D equipment, spare parts, and technical drawings are accounted for and comply with receiving plant requirements prior to packing and shipment. Involves project management and automation-focused activities, working with PLC/IPC hardware, backup software (Acronis, VersionDog), and SAP-PM knowledge is a plus. Location: Alor Setar, Kedah, Malaysia. Employment type: full-time; remote option: in-person.
Required Qualifications

- Creating system backups
- Maintaining control system software including IPCs, PLCs, drives, and communication devices
- Ensure C&D equipment, spare parts, and technical drawings are properly accounted for and comply with the receiving plant's requirements prior to packing and shipment
- Project management, automation knowledge drives, PLC, IPCs, Acronis backup software, VersionDog backup software
- SAP-PM knowledge would be an added advantage
