Job Summary
Control and Analytics Specialist responsible for gathering and summarising financial and operational data to support financial efficiency analysis, including cost/investment related insights. Performs financial and operational data analysis, supports profitability analysis of business cases, interprets expense trends for projects and functions, assists in implementing cost control procedures, and executes management’s verbal and written instructions.
Required Qualifications
- Higher Education in Finance, Management, Business Administration or similar field
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong critical thinking and research skills
- Excellent communication skills
- General understanding of variance analysis
- General understanding of cost formation
- General understanding of main financial statements
- 1 year+ work experience
- Strong command of MS Excel
- Experience with data analysis/BI tools or statistics is a plus
- Fluency in Azerbaijani; English at intermediate level; Russian a merit
