Job Summary
As a Control and Analytics Junior Specialist, you gather financial and operational data and create summary reports based on the collected data; you support analysis of financial and operational data and the drawing of insights; assist with financial feasibility and profitability analyses of business cases; help interpret project expense trends; support various cost-control procedures; and execute ad-hoc verbal and written instructions from management.
Required Qualifications
- Higher Education in Finance, Management, Business Administration, Mathematics or similar field
- 1 year work experience
- Strong command of Excel
- Fluency in Azerbaijani; English at an intermediate level
- Russian language is a merit
- Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and research skills
- General understanding of variance analysis and cost formulation
- Excellent communication skills
