Contributor Assembly Operator

Perform specific procedures on equipment to ensure safety and meet cell, department, and plant goals. Execute 5S/TPM audits, manage changeovers, and implement error proofing while rotating stations and lines. Calibrate gages, verify documentation, and report quality or safety issues promptly to your manager. Maintain a clean, organized station and support active teamwork through daily meetings and knowledge sharing. Work from standardized work instructions and control plans to assemble components and evaluate automotive parts for quality standards.
