Organize the production chain, create manufacturing orders, and manage inventory within the workshop while applying the 5 "S" methodology. Coordinate with upstream and downstream services to ensure quality, quantity, and deadline objectives are met, and handle small machine maintenance and material handling. Supervise the work of detained personnel, including their reception, training, and monthly technical evaluation, while maintaining accurate production sheets and payroll records. Adhere to company procedures, safety regulations, and environmental policies, and participate in quality control and certification reviews such as HACCP and IFS.
