Organize the production chain, create manufacturing orders, and manage inventory while applying 5S principles and adapting processes to meet quality, quantity, and deadline objectives. Coordinate with upstream and downstream services, maintain machinery, and operate forklifts for material handling. Supervise detained personnel, including their classification, training, and daily tracking, while evaluating skills and managing production sheets for payroll. Ensure compliance with internal regulations, environmental policies, and client quality/safety procedures, including HACCP and other certifications. Manage production controls and participate in certification reviews.
