Job Summary
Coordinate maintenance work for a shift team under the Chief of Section, assigning personnel and evaluating estimated times while ensuring adherence to safety, quality, environmental, and budget standards. Supervise skilled trades such as mechanics, electricians, and welders, verifying that all equipment maintenance is performed correctly and securely. Manage team performance against key metrics including urgency rates, schedule adherence, and backlog levels, while participating in operational decisions based on performance analysis. Conduct monthly team meetings to address safety, health, and organizational objectives, and review work schedules with the scheduler to ensure activity understanding. Recommend improvements to equipment and methods as needed.
Required Qualifications
- DEC en technologie de maintenance industrielle ou toute combinaison de formation et expérience jugée équivalente
- Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience dans des fonctions de supervision
- Connaissances des systèmes d'exploitation informatique MS Office, Ivara
- Habilité à gérer et influencer de façon positive et inspirante les équipes de travail
- Bonne gestion des priorités
- Être orienté vers les résultats
- Excellent esprit d'équipe
- Bonne capacité à prendre des décisions
- Quart de travail de 12.5h par jour en rotation jour et nuit
- 14 jours consécutifs de travail suivis de 14 jours de congé
- Cumulé au moins deux ans dans votre rôle actuel
