Job Summary
Coordinate action plans across departments, organizing follow-up meetings and communicating health, safety, budgetary, and environmental information via briefings or digital channels. Conduct safety inspections to review work area conditions, identify necessary follow-up actions, and plan their resolution. Report on indicators relating to established targets and draw up action plans for deviations. Support the implementation of measures in three main areas: health and safety prevention, capital expenditure monitoring, and plant growth projects. This role serves as a liaison between the plant management team and operations, ensuring production and deliveries meet regulatory standards. Based in Albacete, the position requires a proactive professional with experience in project management and occupational risk prevention.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Occupational Risk Prevention covering the three preventive specialisms (Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene and Ergonomics, and Applied Psychosociology)
- At least 3 years' experience in similar roles related to project management
- Advanced level of English
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Ability to apply a digital approach to an industrial environment
- Knowledge of programming and project management
