Conduct mechanical and electrical interventions on vehicles in the workshop, including preparation, disassembly, reassembly, and diagnostics. Manage logistics for supplier and client part movements, ensuring stock database completeness and updates. Support the technical manager on workshop maintenance and logistics while occasionally greeting clients in the boutique. Qualify prospect and client phone calls and assist in pre- and post-sales commercial processes. Participate in marketing activities surrounding new embedded technologies. This apprenticeship is based in Argenteuil for BMW Group's German Retrofit startup.
