Job Summary
Open the center daily and ensure proper closing while maintaining a safe, happy, and stimulating environment for children. Coordinate curriculum with staff to comply with state and local requirements, manage teaching staff, and provide professional development. Assist in developing policies, overseeing annual licensing, and recruiting prospective families for enrollment. Manage the budget and accounts to ensure profitability, facilitate marketing plans, and maintain open communication with parents. Complete annual performance evaluations for all child-care staff and stay current on child-care standards. Submit an internal application with a letter of interest and résumé by the deadline.
