Job Summary
Technical Lead for Application / Platform support responsible for providing technical support for client applications and platforms, troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining system uptime, ensuring compliance with technical standards, collaborating with other IT teams to resolve issues, and maintaining accurate documentation. Key duties include configuring and maintaining application and platform components, monitoring and analyzing performance metrics, resolving application- and platform-related issues, ensuring integration and functionality across teams, and documenting configurations and changes. Required skills include deep knowledge of supported applications/platforms, strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities, familiarity with ITIL incident/problem/change management, scripting languages and automation tools, excellent communication to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders, alignment with the company’s long-term vision, willingness to learn, and ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
Required Qualifications
- 7-9 years of work experience in relevant field
- B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech or MCA degree from a reputed university. Computer science background is preferred
