Job Summary
Process requests to add, cancel, or re-assign contracted services for Market Data and Application Development software due to moves, departures, or business changes. Update the FITs contract database to maintain accurate inventory records and manage the renewal process, including sending cancellation notices, conducting pre-renewal audits, and negotiating terms with external vendors. Process, reconcile, and validate invoices daily to ensure accurate accounting of expenses. Participate in department projects and fulfill ad hoc requests as assigned. This role supports the global management of vendor services at Fortress Investment Group LLC, a leading diversified investment manager with over $54 billion in assets under management.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of relevant experience
- BS Degree (or equivalent) in accounting/finance
- Demonstrates ability to prioritize assigned work and complete in a timely manner
- Demonstrates excellent attention to detail, ability to follow multi-step processes, organization skills and ability to multi-task; ability to effectively manage an unpredictable workload and meet established deadlines
- Demonstrates excellent oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrates high service orientation, integrity, discretion and follow through
- Demonstrates the ability to work across broad, diverse groups; demonstrates the ability to collaborate and develop/maintain relationships with both internally and externally
- Strong business analytical skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially with Excel and Outlook are required
- Knowledge of FITs and ServiceNow
