Contracts / Subcontracts Pricing Specialist (On-site)

Job Summary
Contract lifecycle management for prime and subcontracts; support the creation of competitive cost proposals for government and prime contractor bids; pricing of contracts and subcontracts; negotiate favorable contract terms; draft and review NDAs, teaming agreements, and licensing deals; assist program managers with contract setup, interpretation, and information dissemination; manage government property, audits, and closeout activities; ensure compliance with contract requirements, company policies, and regulations; identify and minimize contractual risks; conduct government regulation research and perform other assigned duties.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Strong Contracts and Subcontracts experience
- Strong pricing of contracts and subcontracts experience
- Strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Superior planning and time management abilities
- Understanding of government proposal processes, FAR, DFARS, data rights, and intellectual property
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Ability to multi-task effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance
