Job Summary
Draft, review, revise, and support final negotiation of partner and client agreements, including non-disclosure, master services, subcontractor, and reseller agreements. Maintain contracts and corporate records, manage approval and signature processes, and oversee the contract management system and operational guides. Coordinate insurance requirements with brokers to generate certificates, oversee state and local filings, and maintain registrations in client and vendor portals. Provide general administrative support to the Legal Department and perform special projects as assigned. Work directly with the Legal Department on a daily basis, managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
- 2+ years of experience as a Contracts Specialist with background performing paralegal functions
- 2+ years of experience as Corporate Paralegal in-house with strong contracts management background
- Strong written and oral communication skills with a wide variety of individuals, education levels, and sophistication
- Strong organization skills with great attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving work environment
- Strong ability to operate independently and manage multiple projects and priorities
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel)
- Ability to proactively work cross-functionally with internal teams, including Finance, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and People & Organizational Health
Desired Qualifications
- Paralegal certificate
- Technology industry experience
- Public sector experience in local, State, and federal procurement
- Focused experience on corporate matters (as opposed to litigation experience)
