Job Summary
Manage the full contract lifecycle from bid through execution and close-out for Redpath Canada Limited projects in North Bay, Ontario. Review Requests for Quotation and Requests for Tender, analyze contractual risks, and draft and negotiate agreements while ensuring compliance with company policies and Canadian legal requirements. Collaborate with operations, procurement, finance, and project teams to clarify terms, mitigate risks, and manage obligations across the project lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- Experience managing the full contract lifecycle from bid through execution and close-out
- Ability to review Requests for Quotation (RFQ) and Requests for Tender (RFT)
- Ability to analyze contractual risks
- Ability to draft and negotiate agreements
- Knowledge of Redpath policies
- Knowledge of applicable Canadian legal requirements
- Knowledge of applicable Canadian commercial requirements
- Ability to ensure contracts are administered in compliance with Redpath policies
- Ability to ensure contracts are administered in compliance with applicable Canadian legal requirements
- Ability to ensure contracts are administered in compliance with applicable Canadian commercial requirements
- Ability to work closely with operations, procurement, finance, and project teams
- Ability to ensure contract terms are clearly understood
- Ability to mitigate risks
