Contracts Specialist

Negotiate and administer contracts for Cubic, including proposal planning, submission, and closeout with U.S. government and non-government customers. Coordinate with supply chain, business development, and engineering teams to ensure flowdowns are incorporated in supplier agreements. Track performance against deliverables, manage customer obligations, and advise program managers on outstanding issues impacting objectives. Review solicitation requirements to provide risk assessments and ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and the Contracts Department Desk Guide. Negotiate Non-Disclosure Agreements and monitor data/hardware deliveries for anticipated delinquencies. Coach personnel in contracting law, process, and regulatory adherence while maintaining accurate contract databases. Occasional domestic travel is required.
