Contracts Specialist - Contratos (9 Month Fixed Term Contract)

Job Summary
Contracts Specialist is responsible for managing contractual, technical, and commercial activities after the customer Purchase Order is received. The role ensures orders are validated, registered, processed, and monitored according to internal procedures and Brazilian financial requirements, coordinating with Engineering, Production, Purchasing, TI9, D365, and Rotork factories to guarantee accurate documentation and efficient order execution. Key duties include PO receipt and validation, technical/commercial reviews, resolving pricing or scope discrepancies, ensuring proper documentation control, ERP entry (TI9) and factory ordering via Rotork, coordinating with engineering for non-standard items, handling vendor quotations, and maintaining ongoing customer communications. Requires fluent Portuguese, professional English, strong MS Office and ERP/D365 experience, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. The role supports global sales with quotations, works independently and within a team, and emphasizes timely delivery of documentation and contract compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent Brazilian Portuguese verbal, written and presentation skills
- Professional level of English - product trainings are in English
- Proven ability in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook & Power Point
- Able to prioritize work load in a fast paced & constantly changing environment
- Experience with ERP TI9
- Comprovada experiência em portais eletrônicos SAP, ARIBA, Joinsy
- Experiência em atuadores elétricos e pneumáticos
- Experiência em válvulas industriais, automação e instrumentação industrial
- Capacidade de comunicação efetiva com clientes e fornecedores
- Self-driven to learn about new products and desire to expand knowledge

- Attention to documentation control and compliance with contractual obligations
- Knowledge of Incoterms, pricing discrepancies, and contract conditions
