Job Summary
Contracts Paralegal at Life.Church responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and revising contracts, identifying and recommending additions or revisions to legal terms, analyzing risk exposure from data privacy and confidentiality considerations, and managing trademark registrations and renewals. Responsibilities include facilitating corporate registrations, escalating contractual concerns to the Legal team, supporting office operations (team budget and Legal inbox), and acting as the main point of contact for the Conga system. Role also involves providing operational and administrative support in coordination with the team to advance Life.Church’s mission, drafting contracts using standard terms, analyzing global Bible contracts for YouVersion, attribute contracts in Conga, managing templates, and training/guiding users on process and policies. Excellent verbal/written communication, independent decision-making, problem-solving, and organized work style are required.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-3 years of related work experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal certification preferred
