Job Summary

The Contracts Manager will manage regional contracts, RFx activities, and pricing initiatives. Responsibilities include owning the full contract lifecycle from drafting to renewal, managing the RFx process, leading project teams for tenders, and influencing pricing strategy through data-driven recommendations. The role requires collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Compliance teams, ensuring contract compliance, resolving regional issues, and enabling sales through training and guidance.

Required Qualifications

  • Based in the GTA with ability to travel to the office
  • Build and maintain relationships with procurement customers and key decision-makers
  • Identify and drive opportunities to connect customers with commercial teams
  • Lead project team in the development of comprehensive, strategic tender responses
  • Provide recommended bid strategies based on market insights
