Job Summary
Manage the successful delivery of multiple live projects across education, healthcare, civic, and commercial sectors from pre-construction through to completion. Support tender input, methodology development, and value engineering while acting as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and supply chain partners. Oversee programme management, health and safety, quality assurance, and commercial performance, working closely with site teams to manage risk, resolve issues, and drive operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, public procurement standards, and construction regulations. Lead public sector construction projects ranging from £1m to £8m, requiring a minimum HNC in Construction and full UK driving licence.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum HNC in Construction or equivalent
- Demonstrable experience managing contracts within the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of public sector frameworks, regulations, and stakeholder expectations
- Comfortable leading across both pre-construction and delivery phases
- Skilled in managing budgets, programmes, and cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities
- Full UK driving licence
